There are two Big hurdles to get through when we heal our codependency.
1. Awareness – As you start to learn about codependency and why your sense of self is largely based on others or achievement, you can start to take your power back from these recognized patterns.
2. Loyal to Your Soul – You must start to put some non negotiable Self Care routines into your life. This will build self-trust and you will begin trusting what you feel. When you feel anxiety around someone, it is an indication to check out a belief or build a stronger boundary.
