The subject of SELF FORGIVENESS has been coming up a lot in my communities. If you are highly sensitive you probably find it almost second nature to forgive others. But, you struggle to turn that inwards towards yourself. Why is this? Because most of us don’t love ourselves as much as we give our love to others. We are harder on ourselves than we are on others. We criticize ourselves more than we do others.
We do this because we are looking to others for the OK… that we deserve it or are even worthy of our own power.
We also do this because we think that if we can love and care for others, they will heal and give us back what we need. We focus our healing power externally and think it will bounce back to us, but it often doesn’t. So what can we do?
One of my favorite ways to get a clear and clear shift in my energy is to do EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT). You may have seen me do a few of these on YouTube or you may have purchased my bundle on my website.

This EFT is about tapping those acupressure points where emotions are stored and released. When we release these emotions as we speak these mantras, a little bit of magic happens. When I create new EFT’s, I don’t know what I am going to say, it just flows (like my videos). So if it is too fast for you, just close your eyes and listen to the words as you tap or keep your eyes open if you don’t know the tapping points. As long as you allow my words to enter as you tap, you will get a great effect.
