Hello beautiful friends,

Lately, I have felt a renewed call to my daily spiritual practices. I don’t know about you, but the world out there is feeling uncertain, chaotic and ungrounded to say the least. I had a client ask me this morning in my monthly membership group about how to deal with the outside world. He also mentioned that he himself was feeling more authentic than ever, but when he looks outside, he falls off balance.

This was a really important question. When you notice how good you feel regardless of the outside noise, you can also observe how you have the natural ability to ground. One of the reasons some people are feeling more authentic right now is because there are less external distractions, but also because the big societal SYSTEMS are breaking down and the definition of what is right and wrong is beginning to look a bit uncertain.

When these systems break down, we are naturally more able to find our own systems within. This may sound strange, but it is my belief that much of our STRESS and negative self image comes from an external ideal based on the boxes we either FIT IN or don’t FIT into.

When we can let go of those external ideas we can more easily embrace our internal guidance.

So, one of the things I have really been enjoying lately is my sound bath. I have built a meditation room in my home and I play the crystal bowls as often as I can to experience the vibrational shifts from sound healing. If you don’t have one, you can listen to them on YouTube. I am working on one for you guys that I will share soon ;-).

I have also been ramping up my daily breath work. I ground myself and center myself in the reality that I am NOT my body and not my emotions. We are so much more than we realize and we often forget. We often attach to what we feel as identity and this can cause us issues. We are connected to a support beyond us. But when we are focused on the external world and chaos, we can disconnect from the truth of who we are.

Another part of my daily practice is processing my emotions. When we heal, we don’t have positive emotions 24/7. That is a misconception. When we heal, we relate to negative emotions with more grace and ease. We also come to know that our emotions are not telling a truth, but rather expressing a misinterpretation or stuck pain. When we can allow our emotions to come forward rather than diffuse them or distract from them, they have the chance to be released and create ease.

When we release negative emotions, our true self emerges.

So this next month, I will be ramping up my daily spiritual practice. I will be sharing the practices and tools I use over my social media platforms, YouTube and of course in my private groups. Each and everyone of you has the ability to self heal!!

As a reminder EMOTIONAL REHAB begins Wednesday July 1, 2020. If you wish to join our Summer Session, please sign up here for the discount.
